Here is a step by step guide to help plan your most beautiful Elopement in Laguna Beach!
First things first…
Choose your date (I can help with this too!). Laguna Beach is great year-around!
January-April can be warm and cold. Some years there are more rain than others.
May-August is when it typically starts to warm up. Crowds can play a factor, BUT there are always times of the day and locations to work around it!
September-November is the golden ticket in my opinion! Its warm, crowds are way less and the sunsets are epic!!
December is when the rain can start but still a great month!

Find your Elopement photographer who specializes in Laguna Beach Elopements (Hiiii, let’s chat!)
Finding your photographer can be a big decision. I recommend finding someone who is an expert in the location and who can help plan your day!

South Laguna Beach
Known for Beautiful cove beaches and long stretches of beach. There are so many hidden gems both on the sand and in the hills!
North Laguna Beach
North Laguna is known for amazing hikes, rock formations, hidden castle and close to downtown!
Crystal Cove
Crystal Cove is classic, beautiful and like most of Laguna Beach filled with beautiful coves!
The Canyon & Downtown Laguna Beach
Laguna Beach might be known for the beach BUT there are so many INCREDIBLE and accessible locations for hiking and walking for a ceremony location and photos!
So, you have your date, photographer AND location! Next step is super important but so easy!
Apply for a permit ( I got you with this one!). Each location has a different link, so once you choose your location I can send you over the correct permit link!
It typically takes about 3-6 weeks to receive.
Book your marriage license appointment!
If you are having your civil ceremony in California you need to obtain your marriage license. I recommend always doing it at least one day before.
